Early voting turnout makes up 3.4% on 14 December
MINSK, 15 December (BelTA) – A total of 3.4% of voters cast their votes on the first day of early voting in Belarus on 14 December, Secretary of the Central Election Commission Nikolai Lozovik told belTA.
