President of Belarus congratulates Belarus’ Christians who celebrate Christmas on December 25

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated Belarus’ Christians who celebrate Christmas on December 25, BelTA leant from the presidential press service. This great holiday unites families, generations and nations in the striving for spiritual transformation and renewal, in the desire to share the warmth with each other, the head of state said. “For millions of people Christmas is an eternal symbol of pureness, sincerity, humaneness and mercy. During these wonderful Christmas days our hearts are filled with faith, hope and mercy inspiring us to do good deeds, to give help to all who need it,” says the congratulatory message. Alexander Lukashenko expressed the wish that the holiday would give the Belarusian Christians the strength to make the dearest dreams come true. He also wished them health, successes, happiness and peace. “May the coming year please us with new achievements, bring tranquility, understanding, prosperity and love to every home,” the President concluded.
