The raid group included Sergey Gorbachevsky, Deputy Head of the Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora, Tatyana Lyakh, Juvenile Inspector of the Lepel District Department of Internal Affairs, and Vadim Sedin, Senior State Traffic Inspector of the Traffic Police Department of the Lepel District Department of Internal Affairs.

  There was one objective for the event, but the law enforcement officers had different areas of responsibility. The villages of Borovka and Staroye Lyadno became the focus of the operation.
