At 15:50 on [Date], traffic police officers of the traffic police department of the Lepel District Department of Internal Affairs were on duty at the 153 km of the Minsk-Vitebsk highway. There, they noticed a motorcyclist who, upon seeing the official vehicle of the State Automobile Inspectorate officers, turned in the direction of the village of Zaluchino.

He was detained shortly thereafter.
The motorcycle driver turned out to be a resident of Lepel district, born in 1989.
According to the results of the driver's examination, the concentration of alcohol vapor in exhaled air was 2.32 per mille. Since he was driving a vehicle while intoxicated within a year after being subjected to an administrative penalty for the same offense, his actions constitute a crime provided for by Part 1 of Article 317-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. He also drove a vehicle without having the right to drive a vehicle repeatedly within a year after being subjected to an administrative penalty for the same offense. An administrative report has been drawn up against the driver under Part 2 of Article 18.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus. The man has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Lepel District Department of Internal Affairs. The motorcycle has been placed in a guarded parking lot.
