On February 12, an expanded final meeting of the board of Vitebsk GPLKHO was held in the regional center.

On February 12, an expanded final meeting of the Vitebsk State Production Forestry Association (GPKHO) took place in the regional centre. The meeting was attended by Igor Malashevich, Head of the Economics and Investment Department of the Ministry of Forestry, Gennady Sabinich, First Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and heads of other departmental structures.

Issues concerning the results of the socio-economic development indicators of the forestry enterprises of the Vitebsk GPKHO in 2024 were reviewed, and tasks for 2025 were set.

During the meeting, the traditional award ceremony was held for the forestry enterprises that achieved the best results.

It is gratifying to note that the Lepel Forestry Enterprise has taken first place for the third consecutive year.

Among the forestry districts of the Vitebsk region, the team of the Slobodskoye Forestry District is in the lead, and the woodworking shop of the Lepel Forestry Enterprise has been recognised as the best in the region.
