The Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Committee for State Property has identified a list of 133 unused real estate properties within the region that can be offered to investors free of charge for the implementation of investment projects, or sold at auction with a starting price equal to one base value.
This list has been compiled based on proposals from district and city executive committees of the Vitebsk region.
The largest number of properties are offered in Postavy (25), Orsha (18), and Beshenkovichi (13) districts.
The largest property offered within the Vitebsk region is the former brick factory in Rossony district, built in 1996.
It is advantageously located near the R-24 republican road, which connects the city of Polotsk with Rossony, and is only 10 km from the border with the Russian Federation.
The territory covers over 16 hectares, featuring 24 buildings and structures with an area exceeding 25 thousand square meters.
The production complex includes an administrative building, a production workshop, garages, a warehouse, a boiler house, other real estate facilities, as well as production equipment.
The site is equipped with engineering utilities: electricity and heating, potable water, technical water, hot water supply, sewage, and gas supply.
The factory grounds are fenced and guarded.
Currently, various methods for its involvement in economic circulation are being considered, including lease, sale, and gratuitous transfer for the implementation of an investment project.
The list of offered properties can be viewed on the committee's website.
For inquiries regarding property transfer for investment project implementation, interested parties can contact the economics department of the local executive committee where the property of interest is located.
