The marathon is aimed at preserving the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War, fostering respect for the heroism and feats of the Soviet people, and preserving the memory of Victory through a poetic understanding of wartime events.
Video recordings of poetry readings in Belarusian or Russian dedicated to the Great Patriotic War, the feats of soldiers and civilians, and the preservation of the memory of the Soviet people's Victory are accepted, subject to the following conditions: video: resolution 1920x1080 pixels (aspect ratio 16:9, orientation: horizontal); format: AVI, MP4, WMV; duration: no more than 10 minutes; application: title and author of the work, full name of the reader, place of study/work, other information.

Applications and video files (preferably in the form of a link to a file-sharing service (Mail Cloud, Yandex Disk, Google Drive)) for participation in the marathon are accepted from February 19 to May 1, 2025, at the email address: vitebsklib@gmail.com
