On March 21, 2025, highly distinguished individuals gathered in the small hall of the Palace of the Republic. These individuals, through their own efforts, cleared wind-fallen and storm-damaged forest areas spanning over 47 thousand hectares following the July inclement weather, and harvested more than 6.5 million cubic meters of timber.

It is gratifying to note that among those awarded were 8 employees of the Lepel Forestry. For over 7 months, our fellow countrymen, along with colleagues from other districts, worked on clearing storm-damaged areas. Hundreds of kilometers away from home, family, and loved ones.

These included forest fellers and foresters, multi-operation machinery operators, and other categories of workers who received their well-deserved awards and valuable gifts.

A vibrant concert program served as a true gift, as renowned artists, including Aleksandr Solodukha, Alena Lanskaya, the folk music ensemble "Biseda," and many others, came to congratulate the foresters on receiving their awards.
