To prevent and suppress RTAs involving vulnerable road users, promote the use of retroreflective elements and high-visibility vests during hours of darkness, and reduce the severity of consequences from RTAs caused by drivers of motor transport, individuals without a driving license, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs, preventive measures titled "Safe Region" will be conducted on June 23, 2023, within the Vitebsk region.

Please report instances of intoxicated pedestrians, cyclists, individuals using personal mobility devices, drivers of horse-drawn vehicles, and drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those without a driving license, found on the roadway by calling: "327-46-02" (A1), "710-27-89" (MTS), or "102" (anonymity is guaranteed).
