On February 24, a meeting of the final collegium of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Regional Executive Committee was held with the participation of Chairman Alexander Subbotin, Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Durnov, First Deputy Minister of Information of the Republic of Belarus Andrey Kuntsevich, Deputy Head of the Department of Public Communications of the Main Department of Information Policy and Public Development of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus Anna Koronevskaya, and Head of the Main Department of Educational Work and Youth Policy of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Dovnar.

The agenda included the results of the work of the ideological vertical and the region's media in 2024, and the main directions and content of their activities for 2025.

Following the results of the regional review competition for the best organisation of ideological work in work collectives of the Vitebsk region for 2024, in the nomination "General Secondary Education", a Letter of Gratitude was awarded to the staff of Lepel Gymnasium.
