Searchers have discovered more than ten unrecorded military burials from the Great Patriotic War period, bringing back dozens of names of soldiers and partisans from oblivion.

The search efforts have been summarised in a number of books on the military history of the Lepel region, written by the club's leader, history teacher Valery Tukhta.

Several generations of Slabada searchers have already changed, tirelessly keeping watch to preserve the memory of the events of the Great Patriotic War.
