From pavement construction to inheritance processing: Lepel residents attended a citizen reception to resolve their issues.

The dialogue demonstrated that even in the age of digitalization, the most pressing problems often lie in the purely earthly realm.

One such issue is pedestrian safety. A resident requested the construction of a pavement on Ulyanka Street, where pedestrians are forced to walk on the roadway in the section from Sovetskaya Street to the administrative building of KUPP "Borovka". The issue of pavement construction has been taken under control for prompt consideration with the district services.

A citizen encountered a problem when processing the inheritance of an apartment due to an error in the Unified State Register. Explanations were provided, including from a notary.

An emotional appeal came from a resident who, along with her sisters, is awaiting the demolition of a house inherited from her parents. It turned out that their mother had once refused relocation, and now hopes for compensation in the form of an apartment are unfounded, as the house was not included in the demolition plan for the current five-year period. This case clearly illustrated how personal decisions of the past create problems in the present.

All received questions were studied in detail. Specific instructions were given to the relevant departments of the district executive committee and the region regarding several of these issues. As Snezhaна Titova noted, such direct communication is invaluable for resolving specific yet sensitive individual situations. Work on each appeal will continue under special supervision.

Competent specialists from the local vertical administration were present at the reception along with a representative of the regional authorities.
