1. Braking system. This is mainly due to insufficient specific braking force of the vehicle and leaks in the hydraulic brake system.

2. External lighting devices (>20% failures). In addition to other signs, the adjustment indicators for low and high beam headlights and fog lights are assessed.

3. Equipment. Engineers will check for the presence and compliance with requirements of a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, and emergency stop sign. If the headrests and seats provided by the design are missing or not securely fastened, this will also be a reason for rejection.

4. Steering system. The main reason here is exceeding the total steering play and damage to steering mechanism parts.

5. Engine and its systems. Diagnostic stations assess a number of environmental indicators: oil and operating fluid leaks, exhaust smoke, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon content in exhaust gases, and exhaust noise levels.
