The Vitebsk Cadet School hosted the winning teams from the district stages of the competition from all over the Vitebsk region.

The program for the two competition days includes theoretical and practical contests:

- passing an exam on traffic rules knowledge,
- demonstrating first aid skills to victims,
- performance by a propaganda team,
- poster drawing,
- bicycle maneuvering through an obstacle course,
- riding under conditions analogous to real traffic,
- participation in the role-playing game "On the Road".

Based on the competition results, winners will be selected and will receive prizes from the State Automobile Inspectorate.

Participants from Lepel are also taking part.
