The procedure for exchanging a foreign driving license in case of its loss is simplified.
A pre-registration system is being introduced for re-taking the practical examination for citizens who have failed it on the first or subsequent attempts. The restriction on the minimum duration of such a test in real road conditions has been removed. The duration of the test is determined solely by the completion of mandatory elements.
To test motorcycle riding skills on a special training ground, a citizen will be allowed to make one mistake, and the examination will continue from the starting position of the uncompleted element.
