The honorary citizen of Lepel District, Vnachko Roman Iosifovich, is celebrating his 80th birthday.

On behalf of the Lepel District Executive Committee and the Lepel District Council of Deputies, Mikhail Kiselevich, Chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee, congratulated Roman Iosifovich on his anniversary, conveying his best wishes and thanking him for his significant contribution to the development of the Lepel District.

  Roman Iosifovich Vnuchko is an Honorary Citizen of the Lepel region, has held leadership positions in the management vertical of the Grodno region, and served as an Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region. He was also a Deputy Prime Minister of the country and a Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
