A concert dedicated to Victory Day was held in the summer amphitheatre of the city park. The concert group "Gvardiya", as well as students and teachers of the Lepel Children's Art School, performed for the residents and guests of the Lepel region.

Thematic areas and photo zones, festive trade, and play areas were operational.
