The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora hereby informs that, in accordance with clause 51 of the Hunting Rules, a citizen must carry, among other documents, documents confirming the payment of the state fee for the right to hunt, as per clause 53 of the Rules.

According to clause 53 of the Hunting Rules, the payment of the state fee for the right to hunt by cash deposit is confirmed by the original bank receipt, or a receipt from a communication organization of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization.

Payment of the state fee using the automated information system of the unified settlement and information space is confirmed by a card receipt in electronic or paper form, which includes the accounting number of the operation (transaction) in the unified settlement and information space. In this case, the procedure for confirming the payment of the state fee specified in the fourth part of Article 287 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus shall not apply.

Hunters must carry either the receipt or the card receipt in electronic or paper form.

The state fee for the right to hunt is payable before the commencement of hunting and confirms the right to hunt for twelve months from the date of payment.

The amount of the state fee for the right to hunt is determined by the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Procedure for paying the state fee through a bank:

The state fee is payable to the account of the local regional budget or the budget of the city of Minsk at the place of residence of the individual.

Procedure for paying the state fee via ERIP:

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2018 No. 112 "On Hunting and Hunting Management", the state fee for granting the right to hunt can be paid through the "Расчет" (ERIP) system at a bank service point – Internet banking, using mobile banking, info kiosk, bank cashier, ATM, etc.

Payment can be made using cash, electronic money, and bank payment cards at bank service points of banks that provide payment acceptance services, as well as through remote banking tools.

Attention! If you are making a payment at a bank cashier's desk, please inform the cashier about the need to make the payment through the "Расчет" (ERIP) System.

Citizens who have a state hunting license but do not exercise their right to hunt are NOT REQUIRED to pay the state fee for granting the right to hunt.
