From August 25 to September 5, the State Automobile Inspectorate (GAI) is conducting a special comprehensive event "Attention – Children!". During the special event, vehicles must travel with their low beam headlights on during daylight hours.
During the event, State Automobile Inspectorate officers will conduct both preventive campaigns for children and parents, and raids to suppress traffic violations. Special attention will be paid to drivers' compliance with speed limits, safe child transportation rules, and pedestrian crossing procedures. On August 26, a Unified Road Safety Day titled "A Safe Road to School is an Adult's Responsibility!" will be held. It will be dedicated to the prevention of child road traffic injuries before the start of the academic year.
