Belarusian lawyers will provide free consultations for low-income individuals on November 30. The event is timed to coincide with Lawyer's Day, as reported to BELTA by the press secretary of the Belarusian Republican Bar Association (BRBA), Irina Reut.
Lawyers will explain current legislation in the fields of labour, civil, family, and housing law.
Similar events, as decided by the BRBA council, are held in the republic regularly. In particular, free legal consultations were provided by lawyers this year on March 15 – on the occasion of Constitution Day, on June 26 – on the occasion of the Bar Association's anniversary, and on September 28 – on the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons.
People are mainly interested in issues related to the calculation of service record for retirement, employment, social support, and inheritance.
