He announced his position today at a joint meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and the Presidium of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, as reported by a BELTA correspondent. According to the governor, the effectiveness of the existing control system is low. In addition to the Committee of State Control, inspections are carried out by the control department of the regional executive committee, the control and audit department, the department for combating economic crimes of the Internal Affairs Directorate, and the department of the financial investigations department. "The staff of regulatory organizations must be reduced by 30%," believes Aleksandr Kosinets.
