The forum "BRSM: Time Forward!" will be held on March 21 with the participation of 120 delegates. Among them are representatives of the most active primary organisations, winners of regional and republican competitions, young scientists, members of student and youth law enforcement units, and volunteers of the "Kind Heart" movement. Representatives of state authorities, the Central Committee of the BRSM, public associations, and the Russian Union of Youth have been invited as guests.
A rich programme has been prepared for the forum participants. For example, priority areas of the Youth Union's activities will be presented at exhibition stands. Excursions and discussion platforms in an open dialogue format are planned at some educational institutions in Polotsk, where delegates can familiarise themselves with the organisation of work with youth. During the forum, winners of the regional stages of republican competitions in the nominations for the best primary organisation and "Volunteer of the Year - Kind Heart" will be awarded, and an interactive guide of the BRSM in the Telegram messenger will be presented. The guide is being developed on the initiative of students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technologies and the primary BRSM organisation at VSU named after P.M. Masherov.
The event is organised by the Polotsk District Executive Committee, the Vitebsk Regional and Polotsk District Committees of the Public Association "BRSM".
