The fire prevention and casualty reduction campaign "For Safety Together" will be held in Belarus from April 3 to April 28. This information is posted on the Ministry of Emergency Situations website, BELTA reports.
The main objectives of the campaign are to inform the public about the state of fire safety, to provide assistance to local executive and administrative bodies, and to focus their attention on the need for regular and targeted work in this area. Every resident of the country can contact their local Ministry of Emergency Situations department to have their home inspected for compliance with fire safety regulations and receive recommendations from rescuers.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, the Ministry of Information, and the Ministry of Energy are participating in the event.
