The campaign "We are Citizens of Belarus!", dedicated to Constitution Day.



The main venue for the solemn ceremony in Lepel was the district local history museum.

The main document of a citizen was received by 10 talented schoolchildren from all regions of the country – winners of subject Olympiads and sports competitions, laureates of creative contests.

For each of them, this moment is not only an important stage in life but also recognition of their already achieved results.

The solemn ceremony of passport awarding was attended by: Head of the district Mikhail Kiselevich, Head of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties for the Vitebsk region Valery Lobatsevich, Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Lepel District Executive Committee Svetlana Shevelyova, Chief Specialist of the Department Elena Prusskaya, Head of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties for the Lepel district Maya Borodich, Director of the Lepel Local History Museum Alina Stelmakh, as well as the Second Secretary of the District Committee of the BRSM Veronika Sychik.

After being awarded the main document of a citizen of our country, the children became participants of a dialogue platform and learned many interesting things in an informal conversation.

How to be successful in life? What personal qualities are necessary to be a worthy leader? Have all your school knowledge been useful in your life? What are your dreams, and have they come true? The schoolchildren addressed these questions to the Head of the district.
