– This event is significant in the life of the region, – noted the head of the region. – Children's laughter is already heard in the new house today, and this is gratifying. – The social infrastructure is developing, new jobs are being created, and the standard of living for people is increasing – all of this is a significant contribution to the future of the region.
It is noteworthy that the new building joined the ranks of the typical multi-story buildings in the district in less than a year – the builders met the tight deadlines. The Customer was the Capital Construction Department of the Orsha District Executive Committee, and the General Contractor was Construction Trust No. 18 of OJSC "Orshansky". Of the 40 apartments, 35 were built with shared participation of citizens, and 5 are rental housing. A children's playground and parking are located on the courtyard territory.
– Today, all conditions are being created in Dubrovno for living, working, raising children, and recreation, – said Anatoly Lukashov, Chairman of the Dubrovno District Executive Committee, during the grand opening. – We often say that it is good when the social infrastructure is developed. But it is no less important to have jobs. With the appearance of housing, highly qualified specialists will come to the district center with their families and settle down.
The head of the district emphasized that this year it is planned to lay the foundation for another apartment building in the district center. According to the general plan for the city's development, 15 multi-story buildings are envisaged in this microdistrict. The current one is the third.
The cozy atmosphere, successful layout, and fresh renovation have already been appreciated by the Vasilenko large family from the agro-town of Stanislavovo. The couple and their three children have exchanged their small village house for a comfortable apartment in a new building. They used family capital funds for shared construction.
– I can’t believe I already have the keys to my new home! – the woman shares her emotions. Now my husband and I will get to work at our home farm – the Yuri Smirnov Agricultural Production Unit of Orsha Grain Processing Plant OJSC – by company transport. Fortunately, it’s not far from Dubrovno, just five kilometers. And the children attend the city school.
It is noteworthy that 18 out of 31 large families who have moved into new apartments used their family capital funds ahead of schedule. In total, there are 158 large families living in the Dubrovno district.
In total, 3.3 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the district in 2021. This is 2.3 thousand more than in the previous year.
