On July 20, Minsk /BelTA correspondent/. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 365 "On conducting negotiations on the draft international treaty, its signing and provisional application" on July 19, the press service of the Belarusian leader informed BelTA. The decree approved the draft agreement between the governments of Belarus and Russia on the implementation of transport (road) control at the external border of the Union State as the basis for conducting negotiations. The Minister of Transport and Communications, Ivan Shcherbo, is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and sign it upon reaching an agreement within the approved draft. In accordance with the decree, the agreement will be provisionally applied from the date of signing until it enters into force.
