24 October, Minsk /BELTA correspondent/. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has instructed to ensure that the real incomes of the population are not lower than the level of 2010. The Head of State received a report from Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich and Chairperson of the Board of the National Bank of Belarus Nadezhda Yermakova on October 21, BELTA was informed by the press service of the Belarusian leader. Mikhail Myasnikovich informed the Head of State about the performance of the economy under the new exchange rate formation, including the government's calculations on the monetary incomes of the population. "The President has given instructions that real incomes, i.e., incomes adjusted for inflation, should ensure a standard of living no lower than that achieved in 2010," the press service reported. In addition, Mikhail Myasnikovich reported to Alexander Lukashenko on the government's calculations in the sphere of housing construction and agricultural facilities. "We will commission at least 83 dairy farms and about 6 million square meters of housing this year. All sources are available for this, they are diverse, but such that they would not negatively affect the exchange rate policy," the Prime Minister noted. Among other things, the Head of State was informed about the main approaches to the forecast of socio-economic development and the formation of the 2012 budget. "We must consider all options and adopt them not right before New Year, but in advance, so that we can consider these issues in November and report them to the Head of State in a detailed manner," the Head of Government noted. "Therefore, we are setting the stabilization of the situation on the currency and consumer markets and ensuring the development of the real sector of the economy as a priority task." -0-
