5 October, Minsk / Vladimir Matveev - BELTA /. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko calls on the European Union to abandon senseless pressure on Belarus and take steps to restore mutual trust. This was stated today by the head of the Belarusian state, while receiving credentials from ambassadors of foreign countries, BELTA correspondent reports.
"We expect the European Union to abandon senseless pressure on our country, and to take steps to restore trust in itself as a serious partner and a good neighbor," the Belarusian leader stated.
