He stated this today at a meeting on current issues of socio-economic development of Belarus, according to a BELTA correspondent. "But we have already become so undisciplined, and I am not saying this to the first government team, that we cannot produce our own toothpicks, diapers, and other goods in the country," said Alexander Lukashenko. "Import substitution has been handled very poorly." The head of state also pointed out shortcomings in actively promoting domestic products abroad.
