For several years, residents of the village of Zaslonovo have been raising the pressing issue of the inconvenient location of the equipped and furnished outpatient clinic, which is located three kilometres away from the settlement. They have to travel to it along a country road, complained a local resident, a Group II invalid, and reasonably suggested: why not move the outpatient clinic to the village? However, there are no suitable premises for its accommodation in Zaslonovo. This is the dilemma. Moreover, as the interlocutor noted, the outpatient clinic does not provide physiotherapy services. On behalf of the residents, she asked Anatoly Konstantinovich to help resolve these issues.
A resident of Lepel also asked Anatoly Linevich to assist in resolving her issue, in particular, to help connect with specialists who could establish an accurate diagnosis for her son, who has been deaf since childhood, and help with his treatment.
A resident of Lepel has been seeking payment of wages in the amount of 2.3 thousand roubles from the bankrupt enterprise "Radial Trade" for three years – this is the amount of the enterprise's debt, and he asked for help in understanding this complicated matter.
The President's aide listened carefully to all the applicants, promised to look into each issue, and take measures where necessary.
As Anatoly Linevich noted, many issues raised by citizens could be resolved at the local level. Some issues are systemic, are periodically raised by citizens, and require special attention and additional financial costs.
After the reception of citizens, the President's aide – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region met with the district's active members and visited some enterprises.
