On March 16, Novopolotsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. Alexander Radkov calls on youth to be proactive. The First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Belarus stated this in Novopolotsk at an educational forum for individuals included in the personnel reserve of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, a BELTA correspondent reports. A system for supporting talented youth has been created and is successfully operating in Belarus. This includes the Presidential Fund and special scholarships. It is important to recognize the potential of young people and support their energy, Alexander Radkov emphasized. At the same time, it is important for young people to properly manage this potential and use it for the benefit of their country. Addressing the young leaders, Alexander Radkov stated that, first of all, it is necessary to master a profession. "A leader must earn authority as a specialist; one should not be afraid to show initiative in organizing production or working with people," he stressed. It is important to be convincing, and for that, one must be prepared. Belarusians are valued and respected worldwide for their professionalism, integrity, and diligence. A crucial quality for a future leader is knowledge of foreign languages. However, the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration considers the ability to work with people to be the most important. Every person is unique, and this must be understood. One can learn to work with people through public organizations and trade unions. "Sometimes we get carried away with forecast indicators and forget about people," Alexander Radkov emphasized. About fifty young specialists and students who have distinguished themselves in both public and professional spheres participated in the educational forum. The First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration had an interesting and lively dialogue with them. As Alexander Radkov admitted to journalists, it brought him great pleasure. -0-
