Thus, OJSC "Lepelagroservice" and OJSC "Chereyshchina" received universal loaders "AMKODOR 342 C4" from OJSC "Amkodor" -- the holding management company". It is worth noting that this is a multifunctional machine, thanks to which a wide range of agricultural work can be performed. The lifting capacity of the powerful unit is 3800 kilograms. Among its numerous functions is the fact that it is equipped with a device for quick change of working attachments, which allows them to be replaced within 1-2 minutes.

The management of OJSC "Lepelagroservice" decided to entrust the new machinery to a young, but very experienced and promising tractor driver, Roman Yushkov, who has been working in this agricultural organization for over 5 years.

Some may say: "He's so young, and he's already been given new machinery!". This is a case where young doesn't mean inexperienced. Roman Viktorovich, during his tenure at "Lepelagroservice", has proven himself only in the best possible way. Before receiving the new machinery, he worked with the old one and showed that with quality maintenance and a caring attitude, a vehicle can serve for a very long time. The young man is distinguished by his diligence and careful attitude towards the entrusted equipment. He has had to perform many types of field work more than once. Any task he undertakes is done efficiently.

To add, Roman Viktorovich is currently pursuing higher education. I am sure he will become a highly qualified engineer because he knows the work in agriculture from the inside.

– Of course, I am very happy with such a modern and powerful loader. I hope the machinery will not let me down, and in turn, I will work with full dedication, – said Roman Viktorovich.

OJSC "Lepelagroservice" will also soon receive a rake-windrower GVB-6.2,

which are designed for raking grass from swaths into windrows, turning it in swaths, and for turning and spreading windrows. The machinery boasts the highest productivity, clean raking, and extremely gentle handling of fodder mass.

Our next stop was OJSC "Chereyshchina", whose fleet is now enhanced by a new universal loader "AMKODOR 342 C4". Nikolai Usovik operates it and monitors its technical condition.

— I am passionate about my profession, — Nikolai admits. — I enjoy tinkering and repairing things, which is why I chose this career path.

Nikolai has loved machinery since childhood; he often rode in the cabin of a TO-28 tractor with his father. When choosing a profession, his home farm was a priority, so after graduating from Lepel Vocational School No. 175, he took the wheel of an "Amkodor". He personally drove his first loader from Verkhnedvinsk, on which he worked for 13 years, and recently arrived from Vitebsk in a new one.

-- The first time I drove the new loader, I was very nervous. I had never sat behind the wheel of an "Amkodor". They only showed me "forward-backward", and I figured out the rest myself. Now, the feeling is completely different. I have considerable experience operating this machinery; on the road, I mostly compared my old and new loader, — says Nikolai.

Life proves that conscientious work contributes to professional growth, skill development, as well as recognition and respect within the team. Colleagues and the enterprise director speak highly of Nikolai.

― The young man always performs his duties with dedication and professionalism, making maximum effort to ensure the machinery is always ready for operation, ― says the manager, Ivan Bobovich, about his employee. — He is very capable. He is thoughtful, inventive, and valued by the team. Although young, he possesses sufficient experience.

At the time of our visit, the machine operator was loading fodder into a feed dispenser using the "Amkodor", and generally, he performs various types of work that powerful machinery can handle.

OJSC "Chereyshchina" has also received a cultivator-ripper KGP-6.2 from OJSC "Amkodor". One of the machine's features is its depth adjustment unit, which allows this operation to be performed without stopping and exiting the tractor cabin.

We had the opportunity to meet with employees of LLC "Trading House "AMKODOR-Agro", Evgeny Simonchik and Roman Lebedko, who on this day, on the territory of OJSC

"Chereyshchina" carried out the final assembly of the cultivator and its commissioning. The team, arriving in a smart service minibus, completed the full range of technical measures in one day.

-- Our company provides pre-sale preparation for "AMKODOR" equipment and unit start-up with staff training, -- noted Yevgeny Simonchik.

Only those who work the land deeply understand the significance of agricultural professions. It seems like the sowing season has just passed, and the harvest is already ending. And here, we cannot do without tractor drivers – the workers of steel horses.

Thus, MTZ-3522 tractors from OJSC "Minsk Tractor Works" arrived at OJSC "Chereyshchina" and KUPShHP "Lepelskoe". This is one of the most powerful tractors, also called the "flagship" of the entire "Belarus" family. The tractor is designed for energy-intensive agricultural work in primary and pre-sowing soil cultivation, sowing grain and other crops, fodder harvesting, and harvesting root crops, grain, and technical crops.

Agricultural enterprise machine operators, in addition to the full set of functions, note that it has a spacious and comfortable cabin with convenient controls, a reverse control panel, and air conditioning.

-- It is also pleasant that the cabin has excellent thermal and sound insulation, a heating system is installed, and the driver's seat can be adjusted for weight and height, -- says Ruslan Galay, a machine operator at OJSC "Chereyshchina".

-- I think there is no need to explain all the advantages of the MTZ-3522 – there are very many. For our enterprise, this equipment will be a real helper in pre-sowing soil cultivation, as well as in other operations, -- noted Artyom Paus, an engineer for agricultural machinery at KUPShHP "Lepelskoe".

Additionally, KUPShHP "Lepelskoe" will soon receive a rake-windrower GVB-6.2 and a mower-conditioner KPR-9-04, manufactured by OJSC "Gomel Foundry and Standard Parts Plant". The mower is designed for mowing green sown and natural grasses with simultaneous mechanical processing, conditioning, and laying the mown mass on stubble in three windrows.

Modern and high-quality agricultural machinery is one of the main ways to successfully and profitably develop agriculture.
