The musical and local lore festival "Okhota pet'!" (The Hunt for Singing!) will take place from September 6-8 at the "Krasny Bor" tourist complex in the Verkhnedvinsk district, as reported to BELTA by the festival's press secretary, Galina Goga.

Guests can expect three autumn days of active recreation and a diverse musical program. Competitions for mushroom hunting enthusiasts, a forest lecture hall on mushroom picking and forest navigation, team quests, walking tours, and masterclasses on tourist cuisine will be held. Attendees will also learn about photo hunting, visit photo exhibitions, a beauty contest, and enjoy a round-the-clock concert program featuring author's songs, country, folk, rock, and urban and student folklore.

During these days, a mobile banya (sauna) area will be operational. Banya masters will set up a banya town and offer masterclasses on banya steaming, presentations of various massage types, and share secrets of making whisks and natural soap.

According to the organizers, the festival, held amidst a protected forest at the tourist complex, will contribute to promoting travel within the country.

The festival will run until September 8 and conclude by lunchtime. During this time, the finals of the mushroom competition, weighing of the found edible mushrooms, and awarding of prizes to the winners will take place.
