March 4, Minsk /BELTA/. The State Committee on Science and Technology (SCST) of Belarus and the Ministry of Education and Science of Lithuania are holding a contest for joint Belarusian-Lithuanian scientific and technical projects for 2015-2016. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the SCST.
The contest is held in priority areas of bilateral cooperation: new materials and new energy sources, medicine, pharmacy and industrial biotechnology, information and telecommunication technologies, technologies for production, processing and storage of agricultural products, resource and energy-saving technologies for the production of competitive products, ecology and rational use of natural resources, humanitarian and social research.
Documents for consideration are accepted until March 31, 2014. To participate in the contest, it is necessary to submit an application for participation in the joint project and a set of application forms to the SCST. The procedure for submitting and reviewing documents will be carried out in accordance with the regulations on scientific and technical projects implemented within the framework of international agreements of Belarus.-0-
