President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has approved, as a basis for negotiations, the draft intergovernmental agreement with Nepal on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic, official, and service passports. The Head of State signed the corresponding Decree No. 296, the Belarusian leader's press service informed BELTA.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is authorised to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and sign the document upon reaching an agreement within the scope of the approved draft.
