"The greatest achievement of our days is peace and tranquility on the planet and on our native land. Remembering the lessons of war, we pursue a consistent policy of good neighbourliness and peace. We cherish fraternal relations with Russians and Ukrainians. We highly value friendship and cooperation with other nations and states. And we will do everything to ensure that the Belarusian land always remains a fertile corner of stability, creation and goodwill," the head of state emphasised.
Therefore, in Belarus, according to Alexander Lukashenko, they take care of the country's security, constantly strengthening its defence potential and advocating for peaceful solutions to any problems in the international arena.
"This is what our fathers and grandfathers, great-grandfathers, who defended the Motherland from the brown plague at the cost of their lives, bequeathed to us," the President of Belarus concluded. "Happy Great Victory Day to you, dear friends and guests of the Belarusian capital! Happiness and well-being to all of you!".
