President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the law on the ratification of the agreement between Belarus and Russia on the formation of a unified electricity market of the Union State. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Head of State.
The international agreement establishes the legal framework for the formation, operation, and development of the unified electricity market of the Union State, the composition of entities, their rights and obligations, as well as the procedure for interaction between participants in the purchase and sale of electrical energy.
