Belarus will increase export duties on oil and oil products exported outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union from May 1. The corresponding decision is contained in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of April 25, 2019 No. 262, the press service of the government informed a BELTA correspondent.
The export duty rate on crude oil will be increased from $97.4 to $104.6 per 1 ton. The duty on fuel oil and petroleum bitumen will be the same.
The duty on straight-run gasoline will increase from $53.5 to $57.5 per 1 ton, on commercial gasolines - from $29.2 to $31.3 per 1 ton.
The duty on light and medium distillates will be $31.3 per 1 ton (it was $29.2). The same duty is set for diesel fuel, benzene, toluene, xylenes, lubricating and other oils.
The previous change in export customs duty rates for crude oil and certain categories of oil products was on April 1. They were also increased then.
