4 November, Minsk / Lilia Krapivina - BELTA /. Belarus will complete the corporatisation of all state-owned enterprises by 2013. This was announced today at the Minsk Forum by Natalia Zhernousek, Director of the Fund of State Property of the State Property Committee of Belarus, as reported by a BELTA correspondent. According to the director of the fund, privatisation plans for the next three years have already been drawn up. Over this period, more than 500 enterprises will be corporatised. This year, the procedure is being completed for three large enterprises, including "Belaruskali", which has already been corporatised. Two enterprises involved in the transportation of petroleum products – "Gomeltransneft" and the Novopolotsk oil pipeline "Druzhba" – will be corporatised by the end of the year. The corporatisation of Belarusian machine-tool building enterprises is also nearing completion. It is planned to establish a machine-tool building holding. Natalia Zhernousek recalled that over the past two years, major industrial enterprises such as MAZ, BelAZ, "Integral", and "BelOMO" have been corporatised. As a result, all of Belarus's machine-building industry, except for tractor and agricultural machinery, will be corporatised this year. As for agricultural machinery enterprises, their transformation is planned for 2011-2013. The more than 500 enterprises slated for privatisation in 2011-2013 do not include energy and gas supply organisations, which constitute the country's energy security. Thus, practically the entire industrial complex of Belarus will be corporatised, the director of the fund emphasised. She also expressed hope that transactions in the sales plan will be more successful in the upcoming period. -0-
