Loans are provided to citizens registered as needing to improve their housing conditions, for the construction of housing with a usage term of up to 15 years. The interest rate on the loan under current conditions is 12% per annum (the interest rate set by the bank for real estate loans, reduced by 50% of the refinancing rate of the National Bank of Belarus).
The volume of loan issuance is limited by the directive lending limit for housing construction, stipulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of February 8, 2016, No. 103, according to the bank's statement.
