Today, at a regular council meeting of the concern, the results of 2020 were summarised. "Organizations within Bellegprom produced products worth $649.9 million last year. 59.5% of the manufactured goods were exported to 52 countries," the press service stated.
A positive foreign trade balance is ensured annually, reaching $170.9 million in 2020. Since June, positive monthly production growth dynamics have been observed (Q4 figures exceeded Q2 figures by 1.5 times) and exports (Q4 exceeded Q2 by almost 2 times).
Export supplies increased to Lithuania (128.7%), Germany (104.6%), Estonia (115.3%), Japan (296.2%), Uzbekistan (107.3%), Sweden (102.8%), Bulgaria (158.2%), Slovakia (176.2%), Czech Republic (115.8%), Israel (129.4%), Denmark (360.3%), Australia (361.2%), Austria (261.4%).
As a result, in 2020, profit from sales increased 1.2 times, industrial sales profitability was 11.7%, and net profit grew by 6.4%.
An increase in average monthly wages of 7.2% and real wages of 1.6% was ensured compared to the corresponding period in 2019.
To enhance product competitiveness, production costs were reduced by 2%, and the energy saving indicator was achieved at 8.6%.
Growth was ensured in labour productivity indicators: output per employee increased by 6.5%, revenue per employee by 1%, and value added per employee by 10.7%.
The press service noted that before the council meeting, the head of Bellegprom, Tatyana Lugina, presented the concern's awards. The staff of Orsha Linen Mill (the enterprise celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2020) was awarded an Honorary Diploma. For supporting creative and charitable projects, regional and national initiatives, as well as for active public relations work, Galanteya, Kamvol, Brest Hosiery Factory, Kalinka, Baranovichi Cotton Production Association, Svitanka, Orsha Linen Mill, Vitebsk Carpets, and Dobrush Porcelain Factory received letters of appreciation from the concern.
