The State Committee on Science and Technology and the National Center of Intellectual Property, with the support of the World Intellectual Property Organization, are holding an international competition for the creation of social advertising "Intellectual Property: Create, Invent, Implement" until November 15. This information is posted on the website of the Ministry of Information.

Those interested can fill out an application for participation in the competition on the NCIP website, attaching their work, either individually or as part of a group. The first category includes children (up to 17 years inclusive) and adults (18 years and older), as well as individual entrepreneurs, and the second category includes creative teams and organizations.

Creative works are accepted in three nominations: "Text," "Graphics," and "Video." In the first nomination, organizers expect slogans, hashtags, and quatrains. Graphic work can be presented as a poster, drawing, collage, or comic strip. The third nomination features video clips. During the competition, various events (lectures, masterclasses, consultations) are planned to support it, including explaining its goals and objectives, informing about the basic provisions of intellectual property, and discussing current issues in this field.

In each nomination and age group, a professional jury will determine the winners and prize-winners, who will be awarded diplomas, commemorative gifts, and souvenirs from the organizers. A total of nine sets of awards are to be presented. The works will be evaluated by a professional jury consisting of specialists in the field of intellectual property, advertising (including social advertising), marketing, and specific areas of creativity.

The awarding of winners and prize-winners will take place on December 11 during an event dedicated to summing up the results of 2019 in the field of intellectual property. At this event, individuals who have made a significant contribution to the development of the intellectual property system will also be awarded by the World Intellectual Property Organization.

The best text, graphic, and video works on the competition's theme will be used as social advertising for intellectual property.
