The Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Kalinin has been appointed as the chairman of the organising committee, and the Minister of Transport and Communications Anatoly Sivak as the deputy chairman. The organising committee also includes representatives of ministries and departments, heads of CJSC "Tekhnika i kommunikatsii" (Equipment and Communications), RUP "BelNIIT "Transtekhnika" (Belarusian Research Institute of Transport Technology), ROO "Belarusian Transport Workers' Union", administration of the China-Belarus Industrial Park "Great Stone", associations of international road carriers BAMAP and international freight forwarders and logistics BAMEL.

According to the order, the organising committee may, if necessary, involve heads and specialists of republican government bodies and other state organisations subordinate to the government, regional executive committees, the Minsk City Executive Committee, and other organisations in the preparation and conduct of the Belarusian Transport Week.
