On March 1, Belarusian lawyers will hold an event during which they will receive citizens to provide them with free legal assistance on issues related to the implementation of Decree No. 3 "On the Prevention of Social Dependency". He noted that a clear mechanism has currently been developed to address the issue of exemption from paying the state expenditure financing fee for those citizens who should not pay it or who, due to circumstances, may be exempted from payment. However, unfortunately, the issue is not always resolved correctly and in a timely manner at the local level.
Since issues related to the implementation of Decree No. 3 still arise, lawyers of Belarus will provide consultations and assist in drafting applications for exemption from paying the state expenditure financing fee due to difficult life circumstances.
