On November 1, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. Bards of Belarus and Russia will gather on November 6-7 at the city festival of author's song "Vitebsky Listopad", the BELTA correspondent was informed at the Vitebsk Culture Center. All those wishing to participate in the festival are invited without age and genre restrictions. Applications from participants are accepted until November 5, up to the day of the festival opening. After a preliminary closed selection round, the jury will select the most prominent performers and authors to participate in the author's song competition. Their performance will take place in the first part of the concert "People and Voices" on November 6 in the hall of the Vitebsk Culture Center. In the second part, participants of the People's Theater-Studio of Author's Song, the People's Youth Theater "Koleso", as well as the Minsk group "Belaya Kost" will perform their best works for the audience. The intrigue of the competition will be resolved on November 7. On this day, the winners of the festival will be awarded in the nominations "Best Author", "Best Performer" and "Best Duet-Ensemble". After the ceremony, guests of "Vitebsky Listopad" from different regions of Belarus and Russia will perform. The festival is organized by the Departments of Culture and Youth Affairs and Defense and Mobilization Work of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee, the Vitebsk Culture Center and the People's Theater-Studio of Author's Song of the Vitebsk Culture Center. -0-
