A prime example of such a woman is Yanna Bondar, Head of the Borovskaya Children's Art School branch of the Educational Institution "Lepel Children's Art School".

— Being a musician is about the soul. Being a branch head is about responsibility. Throughout my life, I have learned to balance these roles, and it seems I am succeeding. I am proud that I did not leave the profession but delved deeper into it. My work is not only the "stage" but also the "backstage," where order and comfort for creativity are born. Every day, I strive to ensure that our school sounds pure, without false notes. Here, they teach not just how to play – they teach how to live by music. I look at our students, at our brave and responsible colleagues, at the cozy classrooms and grateful parents – and I understand: this path was mine. I grew up in this school from a student to a leader. My first teacher, Sholova Natalia Vladimirovna, still works with our team, remaining an indispensable accompanist and the life of the party.

At home, Yanna Mikhailovna is a loving wife and mother. The whole family loves to travel and discover new amazing places. They have already visited many interesting locations. Being parents is a difficult task that requires both spiritual and physical strength. The future of a child, and therefore the future of society, depends on us.

Our heroine also actively participates in the life of the district organization of the NGO "Belarusian Women's Union." Together with other public figures, she organizes and supports various charitable events and participates in numerous activities.
