Igor Urban, Chairperson of the District Council of Deputies, Veronika Khombak, Deputy Chairperson of the District Executive Committee, Konstantin Lomchanovsky, Chairperson of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the Public Association "BelTIZ", Natalia Ivanova, Director of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of Lepel District", and Vasily Pshenko, Chairperson of the District Organization of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans.
