Thousands of people gather in Vitebsk annually to participate in the festival, Boris Gryzlov recalled. "I consider such an opportunity for representatives of fraternal peoples to meet, relax together, and communicate to be very important," he stressed. Boris Gryzlov noted that other cultural projects also exist within the framework of the Union State.
