The offline sales will start at 12:00 PM at the operator's central ticket office in Minsk on Masherov Avenue. The first buyer of paper tickets will be the mascot of the II European Games 2019 – the fox cub Lesik.

"One of the main directions in preparing the ticketing program for the II European Games was protection against counterfeiting. In addition to each ticket, both electronic and paper, being protected by a unique barcode, additional security features will be used in the production of paper versions: a 3D hologram, application of special UV inks, and others," noted Maksim Koshkalo, Head of the Marketing, Commercial Affairs and Advertising Department of the Directorate of the II European Games 2019 Fund.

As reported, starting from December 1, 2018, everyone can purchase tickets for the II European Games through the website www.minsk2019.ticketpro.by, and in Europe – through official resellers. In Russia, tickets went on sale on December 15 on the website of the official ticket agent www.ponominalu.ru.

The cost of a ticket for sporting events ranges from Br5, or 2 euros (for foreign citizens) to Br50, or 20 euros. Tickets for the opening ceremony range from Br150 to Br300 depending on the seat category. Ticket prices for the closing ceremony are slightly lower, ranging from Br70 to Br150.

The total number of seats in the stands during the II European Games will be 381,000, with the possibility of increasing them to 535,000 depending on demand and the popularity of the sport.
