The first culinary festival "Mara Gurmana" will be held on October 12 in Horadok on the island of Lake Luhavoye, the district executive committee informed BELTA.
During the festival, a culinary battle will take place for cooking turkey dishes over an open fire, as well as fried eggs. A chicken catching championship, a frying pan race, and a parade of children in bright costumes will be organized on the main stage. Participants of contests, folk games, and quests will be able to earn the festival currency "Indyuchok" and exchange it for branded souvenirs and bonuses. A playground with an animation program will be available for young guests. Exhibitions and fairs dedicated to a healthy lifestyle will be organized.
The festival is organized by the Horadok District Executive Committee and OJSC "Pticefabrika Horadok".
